10 Things I Love: Summer Edition
The pay-what-you-can class that changed my life, a linen throw on to live in, new to me skincare, and more things I love this summer.
Welcome back to another 10 Things! This is one of my favorite series to write. It’s so fun to pause and look around for all the small, beautiful things. Especially when they’re connected to the seasons. Enjoy!
I know this sounds dramatic but this pay-what-you-can spiritual course has changed my life. Of all the things, it’s the one I’ve loved most this summer.
I’m gifted a ton of skincare and this new to me set really wowed me in terms of visible results. I’ve never seen a non-toxic brand with this much science behind it. Code Wright20 will give you 20% off
I’m about half way through this gorgeous book by Anne Lamott. Highly recommend for anyone who writes or has thought about writing.
I find myself throwing on this linen button down constantly. I wear it with bike shorts to drop-off, over my swimsuit at the pool and tucked into denim for dinner. To be honest, I used to think this brand was overpriced for what it was but now that I’ve lived with some of their pieces I understand their superior level of quality.
This free design special with architect Gil Schafer made my symmetry loving heart happy.
I got to tell my dermatologist that, yes, I am wearing SPF everyday thanks to this (I wear the medium aura.) Code Olivia-20 will give you 20% off
This healthier chocolate milkshake is such a fun one to make with kids. Or for yourself!
These breezy, striped pajamas are my current favorite in the PJ rotation. Easy to wear without a bra even if you run into your neighbor while taking out the recycling.
My kids cannot not scratch when they have a mosquito bite so these patches have saved the summer day!
My last thing is this card I saw on Instagram. Every year, this woman goes to her local bakery and asks them to pick a kid’s birthday cake for her to pay for. I thought it was such a poignant example of creating beauty in the world.
+ 1 thing my best friend loves: She says this hat is her summer winner (she’s always right about these things.)
One last thing: you can now always find my whole discount code library here. We added three great ones this week! Bookmark it for anytime you’re shopping. See you next week!
That note is so sweet. Those little acts of kindness make me cry everytime!
